Luffy App User Agreement

Welcome to Luffy (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using Luffy, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read this document carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is a legal contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Luffy (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) governing your use of the App. By accessing the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

2. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitute your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement regularly.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You must not:

• Disrupt the operation of the App or interfere with other users.
• Use the App for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luffy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also terminate this Agreement by discontinuing your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
